With our training offer, you set yourself the goal of identifying optimisation potential in production through the use of lean tools, digitalisation and automation.
Another key point is linking digital production with the principles of lean manufacturing and operational excellence.
To further deepen capture of opportunities in the production line, we plan to extract the key value drivers that are impacted by these opportunities. This step is crucial in order to develop and implement targeted improvement measures.
An additional goal of the workshop is to implement a framework for regular performance dialogues between managers and employees. Through this dialogue-oriented approach, we create a basis for continuous improvement and an effective exchange between the different levels of the organisation.

Our training program for the 2-day ‘Digital Transformation’ workshop
Day 1:
Lean manufacturing and methodology

Introduction of digital manufacturing
- Learn the fundamentals of digital manufacturing, including its diverse technologies, methods and transformative benefits for the manufacturing industry.
Transfer to your own company
- Discover effective strategies for integrating training insights into your organisation. Implement digital manufacturing strategies for a more agile and efficient production process.
Day 2:
Introduction of artificial intelligence in production
- Learn about the transformative potential of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the manufacturing world by exploring its many applications and how it can revolutionise production processes.
Sensors and data acquisition
- Understand the importance of sensing and data collection in the digital manufacturing landscape by exploring the various sensors and data collection technologies that enable data-driven decision and optimisation management.
Automation and robotics
- Explore automation and robotics, analyse applications and impact on manufacturing processes. Develop practical skills, programme tasks with collaborative robots at the centre.
Augmented and virtual reality experience
- Discover AR and VR, understand the difference, explore their potential in manufacturing for immersive training, predictive maintenance and improved product design.
